Tankaiso Awaji offers breathtaking views of the AKASHI KAIKYO Bridge, the world's largest suspension bridge, right from your room. the room rates are reasonably priced at around $100 per night, including dinner and breakfast. the traditional Japanese inn provides a men and ladies onsen with magnificent bay and bridge views. the dinner is served in-room, and the staff ensures a comfortable futon and pillow for a restful night's sleep.
The corridor carpets in Tankaiso Awaji are well past their prime.

Beachfront view and hot spa pools with an amazing view of the bridge. Good value for money considering dinner and breakfast were included.
Some staff members didn't speak English well, so communication was a bit challenging. The hallway carpets were old.

Best views ever! Stayed in a traditional Japanese inn with an amazing view of a huge suspension bridge that lit up at night. the room had a great atmosphere and the Japanese, style dinner served in, room was exceptional. the onsen, complete with natural stone pool, had floor, to, ceiling views of the bridge and bay. Beyond the village, there was a massive ferris wheel that was a sight to behold. Worst aspect was the corridor carpets that were well worn and outdated. some staff had difficulties with English but it's understandable given the priority is providing an authentic Japanese experience.
